VAMPIRE HYPNOSIS
Also, as part of Cassidy's newest power set, he will have the ability to hypnotise/charm. With enough effort and intense staring, Cass can charm the weaker willed to do his bidding for a short period of time. Similar to that of a Jedi mind trick, they’ll feel compelled to do as he asks while under his control. This will wear off fairly swiftly if the connection is broken via lack of concentration or being out of range, but if not, will only remain for around quarter of an hour. It can be broken sooner or resisted.
