No, Cassidy is capable of eating and drinking like an average person, along with alcohol and drugs working on him (although he's built up insanely high tolerances for them). He tries to avoid excessive blood drinking thanks to an addictive personality and bad experiences in the past.

Not in the slightest.

10. Are you turned into a vampire by being bitten? Consuming a vampire's blood?
Vampires in his canon appear to have an infectious bite. If you get bit by a vampire like him and don't die, then congrats, you're a vampire now. There is no need for blood exchanging or anything equally fancy, just bite and go. This may be why Cass (and potentially other vamps) bite to kill when feeding, opting for some pretty gruesome throat tearing rather than the 'usual' basic vampire bite and suck seen in other vampire canons. It's possible that to turn someone the vampire in question needs to have their fangs extended, but that's not really proven one way or the other. Cassidy was only turned by mistake, after an attack from a vampire getting interrupted meant his throat wasn't entirely ripped out.
11. Can they shape-shift?
No. HOWEVER when consuming the blood of other vampires a power boost comes into effect, and shapeshifting is entirely possible. Definitely into a variety of animals (cats, rodents, birds etc).
12. Can they fly?
No. Unless having consumed vampire blood, at which point yes.
13. Are they affected by the sun?
Yes, seemingly the only way to kill a vampire in his canon. If exposed to direct sunlight he will combust within seconds and burn quickly, leaving only ashes behind. He is able to recover if the fire is put out in time, but not able to recover if ash. Cassidy can go out in sunlight if all his skin is covered, so he may be seen out at daytime in jackets, sunglasses, hats, gloves, umbrella etc.
14. Do they sleep in a coffin?
Not unless a hot vampire boyfriend invites him into one. Will sleep literally anywhere otherwise, including couches, bathroom floors and dumpsters.
15. Can they hypnotize/mesmerize people?
No. Unless vampire blood is consumed, at which point yes, capable of basic mesmerising. By intently staring at a human he may be able to give them basic commands that can last for likely only a short time, or when his presence is gone.
16. Do they have other magic?
Not really. Drinking vampire blood gives enhanced strength, crazy fast speed/reactions (looks almost like teleporting to the human eye) and better senses.
17. Can they heal themselves?
Yes, but this seems entirely tied with blood consumption. If shot, he won't immediately heal it on it's own, however if he consumes blood the wound will heal almost instantly. He's seen healing his entire body (after falling 30,000feet out of a plane) after consuming a whole cow, and can regrow limbs after only a few pints of blood. Without blood, his wounds remain as they are, although he's still functional, for example a wound that would normally kill a human would be painful for him, but wouldn't stop him carrying on with his life.
18. Do they have an erotic bite?
No, even when not ripping out throats, their bite is shown as painful to the victim. Some might find that a turn on though?!
19. Are they weak to fire?
No, unless it's fire caused by sunlight. Just setting him on fire would probably be something he'd be able to heal from like any other wound.
20. Can they be staked or beheaded to a permanent death?
No, staking is no different than stabbing him with any other object and can easily be healed. Beheading just makes him into a really annoying talking head, which again he can recover from.
21. Can they enter a place where they have not been invited?
Yes, and he does so all the time, frequently breaking into places to crash on couches or steal shit.
